Vendor Agreement
This agreement is by and between Event Vendor and Top Notch Promotions for the 2024 Southern Illinois Showdown, Destruction at the Dome, Saline County Fair and The Ste. Gen Mo County Fair.

Event Vendor will:
• The vendor fee will be $250 to Top Notch Promotions 2 Day Events and $150 for 1 Day Events.
• Vendors will be provided with 2 Pit Passes, if extra passes are needed they will need to be purchased.
• Provide a quality product and a vendor set up that is staffed by clean, professional and courteous personnel.
• Vendors must bring their driver’s license as proof of identification.
• Agree to indemnify fully and hold harmless Top Notch Promotions and respected facilities, its officers, employees and agents against all damage claims, liabilities and causes of action of every kind and nature.
• Comply with all health, local regulations and fire permits, where applicable, at own expense.
• Responsible for keeping the vendor area attractive before, during and after the festival.
• Insure vendor booths have prices posted which will be visible to the public in signage that is professional in appearance and size.
• Vendors and their employees shall use every measure to protect the festival site from all damages. Vendor shall be responsible for damage caused by him or her to buildings and grounds.
• Vendors will remove all trash in the immediate vendor area during setup and breakdown. Garbage dumpsters are provided for your use. No trash is allowed to be left in the vendor area after breakdown.
• Set up begins at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday for any 2 day events and the day of show for 1 day events, unless prior arrangements have been made with Top Notch Staff.
• $250 Vendor fee to Top Notch Promotions for all 2 Day Events and $150 for 1 Day Events.
• No rain/weather refunds will be granted.
• Agreement with payment must be received by the day of the show.
POWER
• Vendors must provide their own power source, some events we might be able to get you 110 power, please check with Top Notch Staff.
CHECK-IN, SET-UP AND BREAK-DOWN
• All vendors must check in at the main gate. First come First serve vendor spots.
CANCELLATIONS
The Southern Illinois Showdown and Destruction at the Dome will be held, rain or shine. If a vendor chooses not to participate in the event, the vendor fee WILL NOT be refunded.
THE VENDOR CERTIFIES THAT THE INFORMATION ON THE VENDOR CONTRACT IS A CORRECT. THE VENDOR UNDERSTANDS THAT FAILURE TO FOLLOW VENDOR PERMIT TERMS AS DESCRIBED AND STIPULATED HEREIN WILL RESULT IN INELIGIBILITY FOR THIS AND FUTURE EVENTS. THE VENDOR FURTHER AGREES TO ABIDE BY ALL TERMS OF THE VENDOR PERMIT FOR THIS EVENT AND TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY TOP NOTCH PROMOTIONS and RESPECTED FACILITIES AGAINST ANY CLAIMS ARISING BY VIRTUE OF THEIR OCCUPANCY OF VENDOR SPACE AND PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT.
